TWO DAYS TRAINING WORKSHOP ORGANIZED BY THE KCA IN COLLABORATION WITH ICA ON “ COTTON QUALITY MATTERS”

As decided by the Executive Committee, the KCA organized Two Days Training Workshop in collaboration with ICA on “Cotton Quality Matters” on December 5-6, 2018 at Movenpick Hotel, Karachi.

A very encouraging response was received by the KCA towards the Training Workshop as the topic of the Training Workshop was attractive and both the Trainers namely Dr. Robert Jiang, Business Operation & Development Manager, International Cotton Association (ICA) and Mr. Derek Tanner, Ex-President, ICA and DAT Arbitration & Consultancy were well known professional of their fields. 65 delegates from all over Pakistan participated in the Training Workshop referred to above.

The participants of the training workshop, in their written feedback appreciated the KCA to organize the training workshop in an exceptional manner and expressed their full satisfaction regarding the abilities of the trainers and arrangements of the course made by the KCA.

While briefing to the Executive Committee of the KCA, Chairman informed that Dr. Robert Jiang vide his email dated 12.02.2019 had stated that from the feedbacks received from the delegates of the training workshop referred to above, “ it looks that the delegates gave a very good response”.

Chairman further informed the Executive Committee that according to the ICA feedbacks, 57% delegates assessed that the overall training on quality matters training was excellent, 52% delegates assessed that the training excellently meet their requirements and 72% delegates rates the administrative arrangements excellent.

The Executive Committee especially appreciated efforts made by the Workshop Coordinator, Mr. Muhammad Ali, Assistant Secretary (Stats), the KCA for organizing Two Days Workshop in an excellent manner and for proper coordination among the ICA leadership, KCA leadership, Trainers and the delegates participated from all over Pakistan.
